At the request of our customer, we developed an effective Ring Insert System for his in-house products to replace an existing system that was already outdated.
This very compact system not only has a larger ring magazine but also an improved ring separation arrangement when dropping the individual sealing rings. An additional conveyer belt serves as a safety buffer to ensure a continuous production process. On top, our Ring Insert System is maintenance-free and has already been in use for several years! All our assemblies are modular and can be loosened and replaced with just a few screws! Not only is this efficient when changing tools but also simplifies maintenance and repair work. Thus, changing the Ring Inserter from size 200 to size 160, for example, only takes less than 5 minutes!
